1. Free Shipping We offer Free Ground Shipping within the United States on all orders $69.00 and up. No membership or subscription is required.

2. Flat Rate Shipping For orders between $0.00 and $68.99, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 12–48 hours (Business Days).

  • Processing takes place Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

  • Delivery Coverage: Delivery is available to 49 states/regions within the United States. Please note that we currently do not ship to the following regions: Guam (GU), American Samoa (AS), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, and Armed Forces (AA, AE, AP).

  • Shipping Schedule: Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, and weather conditions.

5. Order Cancellations Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be canceled. Orders that have already shipped are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for cancellation.

6. Large Orders & Freight (LTL) For large orders shipped via LTL freight, customers must verify the received quantity upon delivery. Any missing items or visible damage should be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of receipt or reported to us immediately with clear photo evidence. Claims submitted after delivery confirmation without notation on the BOL may not be eligible for review.

7. Taxes and Out of Stock Items

  • Customs/Duties: For any applicable import duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for the payment.

  • Stock Issues: If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund for the affected item(s), including related shipping costs.
